The most accurate way to choose the correct length is to measure your existing laces. However, if you don't have them, you can choose based on the number of eyelets (the small holes) on your shoes:
3-4 Eyelets: 70cm
5-6 Eyelets: 90cm - 115cm
7 Eyelets: 140
8+ Eyelets:160cm or longer
