I ordered the wrong length. Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@coolnice.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and the change (for example "change 55 cm to 135 cm"). We dispatch quickly, so the sooner the better.

If your order has already shipped, you can return the unused laces under our returns policy and order the right length.
