What's your returns policy?

Changed your mind? You can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, with the original tags and packaging.

1. Email support@coolnice.com.au with your name, order number and reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Post the laces back to us. Return postage is at your cost; we recommend a tracked service so it doesn't go missing.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return reaching us. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Faulty or damaged? We cover the postage. Full details in our Returns policy.
